Once we are engaged on a project we conduct thorough briefing with you, our client. We send you a questionnaire and invite you to a meeting where we establish your vision.
Meeting
Discussion with the beneficiary to know his expectations, desires and needs, in order to customize the project according to his wishes. We’ll generate a timeline to inform you regarding the future schedule of the project.
Survey
We begin with an initial site visit in order to familiarize ourselves with the existing conditions and take measurements. If you are unable to provide drawings of the existing conditions, we will produce a complete to-scale floor plan in CAD format and provide you with a visual direction for the look and feel of our designs using a selection of images, sketches and finishes.
Three-dimensional images (3D)
Following the choice made by the client under the guidance of our designers we reach the optimal solution that will be written in 3D simulations detailing each area for example: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Hall, Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 etc. .We generate 3D photo-realistic renderings that use the project’s design furniture, finishes and fixtures that are tailored to your needs and eliminate any interpretation. We model the actual furniture with the chosen finishes into a life-like rendering which will bring to light the custom surfaces and fabrics. The 3D renderings are a bespoke tool that assists in discussions with the vendors and contractors.
Variants
After a full set of documentation the concept is developed. For construction phase purposes including custom furniture sketches. The furniture, finishes and the fixtures, fittings and equipment are all included within the project documentation. If you don’t agree with the concept, it means that we did not understand what is it that you desire for the project so we engage for one more concept without any additional fees.
Technical plans for construction
Constructor will have all the instruction in drawings in order to realize the concept: construction plans, ceiling plans, finishes plans, illumination plans, electric plans, thermal installation plans, sanitary plans, wall finishes plans and elevations, furniture plans. A full set of documentation is developed for construction phase purposes including custom furniture sketches. The furniture, finishes and the fixtures, fittings and equipment are all included within the project documentation.
Purchase
We proceed to request the necessary offers from the vendors, where finishes, fabrics, lighting, rugs and unfixed furniture are meticulously selected. We provide layouts and a list of items to complete and complement the space along with a schedule nominating product name, supplier, size, finish, price and lead-time and then we project the final shopping lists by room and the timeline for the purchases. We can include in the search accessories and artworks in this curatorial process, upon request of the client.
Project management
Additional support can be offered to our clients for construction and process management. Once contractors are approved and appointed, we provide assistance through the construction process to ensure the outcome is as designed. We liaise with vendors and consultants, review shop drawings, and respond to queries as required. We schedule regular site appointments, and can additionally visit at your request.
